Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Technology (GTBIT) was established in 1999 by the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC), which runs a host of educational institutes and carries out numerous religious and social activities. GTBIT is a degree-level technical institute approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi.

Team Etcetra, the Dramatics society of our institute won the First position in Nukkad Natak event held in Sir Aurbindo college, Delhi University on 19.03.24. In all 75 teams from Delhi University, IP university, NSUIT etc. registered , out of which 15 teams were short listed, our college being one of them. Our Team was awarded with a Winner’s trophy and certificates.
GTBIT student team participated in ISRO-IROC’24, a National-Level Robotics Competition and ended up in the top 25 teams among thousands of participants.

I spent 4 years in this college and had a great experience with the staff members and all are having helping nature and for placement point of view also it's a good college.
Very nice college and always helping staff. I studied with ece from gtbpi, i must say all my 3 years are excellent. Teachers have great knowledge and a very good behaviour. I just disappointed with placement facility because 90% students don’t get placed in 2016. But we still get a nice job by other options because our teachers make us able to get a best job. Must go for it if you want to study they will definitely with you.
It's a Decent institute. The co-curricular societies are nice, collaborative and can help you in getting good exposure.Academics are based on GGSIPU syllabus. IT,CSE,Ai-ML/DS are the branches of engineering available.Being in Delhi allows good exposure to different fields. Infrastructure fulfills the requirements but needs improvement.
