Mental Health awareness and well-being day

An event was organized to celebrate Mental Health
Awareness and Wellbeing Day. Event started with Relaxation techniques - such as
deep breathing that can help to reduce anxiety and helps in relieving stress. The
atmosphere was electric as participants took the stage for an inspiring open
mic session, showcasing incredible talents through poetry, music, dance, and
stand-up comedy. From a lively game of Dumb Charades to our “Find the Feelings”
crossword and the interactive "Feeling Flower" thumbprint art,
participants enjoyed moments of laughter and reflection. The success of this
event is a testament to the importance of mental health awareness and the
strength of our community.
