On 29th October
2024, the GTBIRC (Guru Tegh Bahadur Innovation and Research Center) was
officially inaugurated at GTBIT, marking a new era in interdisciplinary
research and innovation. The event was held under the guidance of Prof. Deepali
Virmani, Head of GTBIRC. The success of the event was possible due to consistent
support of Chairman S. Amarjit Singh, Manager S. Harjeet Singh, and Director
Dr. Rominder Kaur, who launched the cell with a vision of fostering
collaboration and advancing groundbreaking research. The event was graced by
Prof. Simmi Singh, Dr. Savneet Kaur, Dr. Parsan Kaur, Dr. Aashish Bhardwaj and
esteemed faculty members, who gathered to celebrate this pioneering
initiative. GTBIRC is dedicated to driving impactful, interdisciplinary research
by facilitating projects that tackle real-world challenges and promote
innovation in both software and hardware domains.
