EXPERT SESSION ON “FUNDING SUPPORT FOR MSMEs AND STARTUPS” – 19 APRIL 2025
The Institution’s Innovation Council at GTBIT organized an expert session on “Funding Support for MSMEs and Startups” on 19th April 2025. The session was conducted by Mr. R. Gopinath Rao, a retired IEDS officer and former Deputy Director at the MSME Development Institute, Government of India.
Mr. Rao shared valuable insights into the various funding avenues available for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and startups. He shed light on key government schemes, financial support programs, and the role of state and national-level agencies in fostering enterprise development. The session also touched upon practical strategies for sustaining and managing existing businesses.
The session drew enthusiastic participation from academic community across the country, making it a truly impactful and enriching experience.
