ABOUT GTBIT-ICT ACADEMY Collaboration

ICT Academy is an initiative of the Government of India in collaboration with the State Governments and Industries. To bridge the Industry-Academia skill gap, and to develop the next generation teachers & students, the Government of India started ICT Academy in 2009 under the PPP model. With training teachers and students as the primary objective, ICT Academy has been working through a Seven Pillar Program in Faculty Development and Student Skill Development.

Through this GTBIT-ICT Academy partnership, the ICT Academy delivers ICT technologies training, encourages students to get certification in different technologies, and develops talents with practical skills for the ICT industry and the community.

ICT Academy membership offers a range of benefits, including Faculty Development Programs (FDP), skill development programs, Power Seminars, and various government and CSR projects. Additionally, ICT Academy provides certified programs for both students and teachers, aimed at enhancing their professional competencies and industry readiness.

ICT Academy conducted the following events:

• AWS Training for two batches (100 Hours Training) for 120 students.

• Power BI workshop of 100 hours by Center of Excellence for Women Empowerment.

• Faculty Development Program on “Data Analytics using Python".
