Inquizitive, The Quiz

TSG, The Technical Society of GTBIT is organizing a intra-college technical quiz. It is a two tier event open for all students of GTBIT.
The event details are as follows:
Date:
- October 22, 2008 (Prelims)
- October 23,2008 (Finals)
Time: 1300 hours
Venue: Conference Hall (Lecture Block)
Rules:
Prelims:
1.Maximum of 2 participants per team
2.The teams will have to answer 40 questions in 20 minutes, on the question paper provided to them
3.For each correct answer the team will get ‘+3’ and for every wrong answer a ‘-1’
4.Questions marked with an (*) asterisk will serve as tie breakers
Finals:
1.The teams will be provided with buzzers and will face different rounds of questions
2.In all cases, decision of the Quizmaster will be considered final
3.Any team found resorting to unfair means shall be instantly disqualified
4.Results declared once shall not be reconsidered
