The webinar was organised on the topic Cyber innovation: a new age of entrepreneurs. It was delivered by Mr. Neil Dewas. He is a Law Graduate from University of Kent London and also DIPP certified. The event started at 3:00pm over an online google meet and it was started with a brief introduction about IP as an entrepreneurial concept. Further the speaker discussed about the details of IP laws, regulations, policies and frameworks. IP laws in India : patent, trademarks and copyright were explained with sich an ease by the speaker. Being an interactive session the further idcussion was about the Startup ecosystem in India as a result of IPR and we got to enhance our knowledge about Private equity and venture capital, startup registration etc, and a Short Case study: Dawesco LLP was discussed. Towards the end of the session the there was a 30 mins interactive question and answer session with the speaker. The audience comprised of both students and faculty members.The session was appreciated and the participants were involved during the whole webinar. We all got to know the insights about the topic in a very detailed manner.
